How to Get the Fastest Reply
To help us answer quickly, include these details in your message:

- What you were trying to do — for example, ‘I entered my salary and got a result I don’t understand.’

We read every message and aim to reply within two working days. During busy periods it can take a little longer. If you contact us about a calculator result, attaching a screenshot of what you entered helps us answer even faster.
Corrections and Feedback
Accuracy matters to us. Every correction report is checked against official sources such as GOV.UK, Shelter and Citizens Advice. If we made a mistake, we fix it and note the correction on the page where possible. If our content was right, we will explain why and point you to the source so you can check for yourself.
